1 lb Spaghetti, (would also be good with Linguine, Angel Hair, Fettuccine)
1/2 lb Shrimp
1/2 cup sliced baby Zucchini
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
1 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes whole
1/4 cup sliced Green onions
1/4 cup chopped Parsley
1/2 cup black Olives (calamatta if you prefer)
3 tbs finely chopped Rosemary
3 tbs finely chopped Garlic
Start by cooking pasta, Saute garlic, rosemary add in tomatoes and mushroom, after the tomatoes start to burst add in olives, zucchini, green onions, after all of the tomatoes have burst and the sauce is starting to thicken; Add Shrimp only cook about two more minutes.. Add Parsley to finish salt and pepper to taste
Serve with a nice Sweet wine and some dry garlic toast
